13. Situation 3: Librarian 1 checks to see if Librarian 2 (or someone else who may be logged on) can take the question. Librarian 2 responds back to Librarian 1 – yes, she can take the question.

14. Situation 3: Librarian 1 checks to see if Librarian 2 (or someone else who may be logged on) can take the question. Librarian 2 now responds to the student’s question and Librarian 1 can no longer see the conversation.
