The Foundation Centro Universitario de Bienestar Rural, CUBR, is a non profit, private institución devoted to higher education, con Legal Status from the Colombian Ministry of Education (Resolución 9111 del 11 de julio de 1988). Aims to provide rural and urban areas with human rsources trained to take on the challenges of self-empowered development of their communities.

The Graduate will have developed his/her capacities to: Carry out feasibility studies for productive projects, small businesses or the service industry. 9. What is the Methodology? It is distance-learning. There will be study and fieldworkworkshpsmeetingsone weekend per month and smallergroupmeetingsonce a week.
14. Where? Weekend workshops will take place at Alegría Farm, near Chongón. Weekly study sessions will take place in small study groups formed by students who live near one another.
