There are several tiers of memberships available ranging from $42,500 to $6000 that include different levels of access to the facilities. There is also refundable equity for some of the membership upon resale of the Landfall Country Club membership.

communities in nation.

5. Full Membership
Full members get to use all the facilities period. They do
not pay green fees or court fees, but do pay golf cart rental
fees of $18/person. Those with full membership at Landfall
Country Club have a 14 day reservation period for tee
times and 7 days for tennis court reservations.
Users have access to all tennis, golf, swimming, fitness,
dining, clubhouse and social features of the club.

6. Sports Membership
Those members with the sports membership plan or tier get
to use the all the facilities as those with the Full
Membership listed previously in this slide about Wilmington
NC Real Estate.
However, golf benefits are limited to 12 rounds of golf a
year after 12pm. And these members do pay green fees
and cart fees of $55. They get a 7 day reservation benefits
for tee times and tennis courts. Use of the driving range is
limited to preceeding one of their 12 tee times allowed per
year or while receiving golf lessons by a Landfall golf pro.

7. House Membership
This plan is much less expensive-- $6000-- and merely
includes unlimited use of all social facilities, clubhouse &
dining.

● What is a refundable equity membership? When
these members resign their membership they can
receive 70% of the current initiation fee for their
membership when their membership is resold
(resale)

$300,000 to $3,000,000+ range here.
2012 was a "boom" year for homes
sale the Wilmington NC neighborhood.
As of September there were 115%
more homes sold than the previous
year combined with a drastic reduction
in inventory. The market turned a
corner in 2012 in the area.
