medium apples)
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup flour
2-4 tablespoons lemon juice
Favorite pie crust
1 cup (12 oz. package cream)

2 eggs
2/3 cup sugar
½ lb. or 36 light colored
caramels
½ cup evaporated milk
3. Roll out favorite pie crust on ungreased
18 x 14” sheet of heavy aluminum foil to
17 x 12” rectangle. Fold edge to form a
standing rim & flute. Fold foil up around
pastry to make a pan. Place on cookie
sheet.
4. Combine 6 cups pared/sliced apples
(about 6 medium apples), 1 cup sugar,
1/3 cup flour, 2-4 tablespoons lemon
juice in bowl.
Place filling in pastry-lined pan.
5. Melt ½ lb. (about 36 individual wrapped) light colored
caramels with ½ cup evaporated milk over boiling water,
stirring occasionally. Keep over hot water.
Cream 1 cup (12 oz. package) cream cheese, 2 unbeaten
eggs, 2/3 cup sugar until fluffy and smooth.
6. Drizzle caramel sauce in stripes over apples.
Spoon cream cheese topping between caramel sauce.
