TIPS FOR REVIEWING DOCUMENTS

    • Organize documents around the 3 domains
    • At a minimum, work in pairs so one person asks
      questions and adds findings to Audit Profile while the
      other person searches and reports findings.
    • Don’t read into the documents; only record what you
      find in writing.
    • If information cannot be found ,simply state “no
      evidence at this time” and note this area for further
      clarification or questions in the interviews.
