Recruitment refers to the process of attracting,
screening, and selecting a qualified person for a job.




AIESEC as an organization follow the same principle every
year, new members are recruited, selected and get allocated in
different teams.

This is for them to discovery their leadership potentials
and create a positive impact.
AIESE KILIMANJARO comprises of 2 faculty

That is
Faculty of cooperative and community development
Faculty of business and information science



We are going to recruit 160 members in all the three
universities that is to say;

Ways to market AIESEC; - through “I am an AIESECer campaign”
                       - The values of TMP/TLP
                       - The power of volunteering/non-monetary motivation
                       - Golden circle (why, how, what respectively)

Audience – students who; - were/are in other organization either as
                         members/leaders
                          - believe in volunteerism
                           - Believe in our essence/ AIESEC way.

Channels; - Physically: By using posters, influential figures (ie. Lectures, dean of
                       students) interns, AIESECers, during university
                       orientation.
                      - Virtually: social media, local publications.
