2. Recruitment refers to the process of attracting,
screening, and selecting a qualified person for a job.
AIESEC as an organization follow the same principle every
year, new members are recruited, selected and get allocated in
different teams.
This is for them to discovery their leadership potentials
and create a positive impact.
