The County & Regional Planning section offers expertise and technical assistance to County Departments, regional planning agencies, and local governments involved in multi-municipal efforts. This section’s focus is on Countywide planning policies, activities, and documents, such as the County comprehensive plan that is the framework upon which all County planning strategies are built and the benchmark for all 49 municipalities. In collaboration with the Office of Housing and Community Development, staff continue to coordinate the ongoing planning for the Delaware County Revitalization Program.
