1970: start invoer en verkoop van werfunits en -wagens.
1979: start productie van werfaccommodatie in eigen beheer.
1987: oprichting van Warsco Units nv, met als specialisatie verkoop, verhuur en installatie van tijdelijke accommodaties.
1999: oprichting van Warsco Units Nederland bv, voor de verkoop- en verhuuractiviteiten op de Nederlandse markt.
2010: overdracht van het familiebedrijf aan de tweede generatie.
2012: verhuis naar de nieuwe site aan de Slingerweg in Genk; hier concentreren zich de activiteiten verhuur, onderhoud
en logistiek van de units. De nieuwe locatie biedt Warsco Units de ruimte om verdere groei mogelijk te maken.
Door de optimalisatie van de bedrijfsprocessen kan een nog completere service geboden worden.
Warsco Units is in België VCA**-gecertificeerd en beschikt voor de Nederlandse markt over het ISO 9001-certificaat.

Bij renovatie, uitbreiding, herstructurering... zorgen wij voor de nodige semipermanente ruimte, tot zelfs
operatiekamers toe. U kunt onze units inrichten tot aangename omgevingen, zowel voor dagverblijf
(kinderopvang) als permanente bewoning (bejaardentehuis). Voor wanden en dak is een brandweerstand (RF)
van 1 uur mogelijk.

or reorganization works. Our cabins are easily turned into comfortable environments for day care (child care), or

Onder ‘specials’ verstaan wij heel specifieke opdrachten die een grote flexibiliteit vragen en vaak originele
oplossingen bevatten. Volledig op maat, uiteraard. Zo hebben wij bijvoorbeeld een splinternieuwe ‘leeftrein’
gebouwd die tegelijk werkplaats, logies en eetgelegenheid is. ‘Specials’ zijn uitdagingen maar geven ook veel
voldoening!

We use the term specials to signify specific orders that demand great flexibility and creative, made-to-measure
solutions. One of our past projects was a home on rails that included a workplace, sleeping place and dining area.
Specials are a real challenge, but that makes it all the more satisfying!

Een sterk logistiek apparaat
Focus on logistics

Met onze uitgebreide vloot rollend materieel kunnen wij onze units efficiënt en economisch bij onze klanten brengen,
plaatsen en gebruiksklaar maken. Onze vrachtwagens zijn uitgerust met een kabeloptreksysteem of met een
autolaadkraan die een unit tot 3 ton kan manipuleren in een straal van liefst 18 meter rondom de vrachtwagen, dus
ook vóór de cabine! Dankzij deze uitrusting kunnen wij onze units installeren op de moeilijkst bereikbare plaatsen.
Op ons eigen terrein gebruiken wij een torenkraan op spoor of een heftruck voor het laden en lossen van de units.

Our extensive fleet allows us to transport and install the cabins efficiently and economically. Our trucks are equipped
with a hoist system or a crane that can lift a cabin of up to 3 tonnes in an area of 18 metres surrounding the truck,
including the area in front of the cabin. Thanks to this equipment, we can install the cabin on the most difficult loca-
tions. Back at our corporate site, we use a rail-mounted tower crane or a fork-lift for loading and unloading the cabins.

Deze site van 6,8 ha is het centrum van onze verhuuractiviteit. De verhuurunits worden er gestockeerd, op
transport gezet, na de verhuurperiode weer binnengenomen, gereinigd, opgeknapt en hersteld waar nodig.
De buitenruimte hebben wij nodig om een voldoende buffer van verhuurunits te kunnen aanhouden.

Onderhoudshal
De onderhoudshal van 2500 m² omvat o.a. een schrijnwerkerij, een werkplaats metaalbewerking, een elek-
triciteitswerkplaats, een sanitaire werkplaats, het magazijn voor (verhuur)meubilair en (reparatie)materiaal en een
geautomatiseerde wasstraat. Elke unit is weer piekfijn in orde vooraleer hij naar de klant vertrekt.

Unieke logistieke service voor koopunits
Ook voor de units die u koopt, kunt u een beroep blijven doen op onze service:
•onderhoud en herstelling van uw units
•vervoer en tijdelijke opslag van uw mobiele units.
U bent vrij van zorgen en uw investering behoudt veel langer haar waarde.

An area of 6.8 ha is the centre of our rental activities. The rental cabins are stored, loaded, unloaded, cleaned,
refurbished, and restored if necessary. The outside area is required to maintain an ample stock of rental units.

Maintenance hall
The maintenance hall of 2500 m² comprises a carpenter’s workshop, a metal workshop, an electricity workshop,
a stockroom for (rental) furniture and (repair) material, and an automated washing station. Each cabin is as good
as new before it leaves here.
