This document provides information about applying to be on the Member Committee (MC) team for AIESEC in Poland for the 2014/2015 term. 3. 1. Introduction
Dear Candidates,
Releasing this application brings the spark of excitement and happiness to us.
Exactly one year ago all of us decided to take this courageous step to join MC team 13/14 of
AIESEC in Poland and strive for the best for our entity and its members.
Right now we are opening this unique opportunity for new generation looking for
responsible and entrepreneurial young people that will lead AIESEC in Poland next term.
We are running organizaiton in exceptional times, times of changes where innovation and
contstant improvement as well as continuity and sustainability are equally important.
We need role models who will empower our members to reach their potential for
organizational growth and it’s relevance so we will be able to prove that we are biggest youth
leadership provider in Poland. We need people who will lead membership to success, to BIG
AIESEC in Poland.

2. General Role
General Job Description
✦Setting functional direction for an entity for its
development,
✦Creation and execution strategies for MoS achievement,
✦Monitoring&tracking of performance of entity in terms of
area,
✦Functional and cross functional project management,
✦Network education and management (commissions, NSTs,
LCPs)
✦Coaching and consultancy for LCs,
✦National conferences delivery,
✦Representations of MC on specific events on external and
internal events/ initiatives.
6. 3. Working conditions
The official term 14/15 will start on 1 July 2014
and will end on 30 June 2015.
The transition will start in 2nd-3rd week of May
in Warsaw and will continue until 30th of June 2014.
Each MCVP elect is expected to be
move to Marki on 19th of May.
You should complete your transition in
Local/Member Committee till this date because
there will be no possibility to get days off
during transition time.
The salary of every MC member is 1100 PLN (~250 EUR)
per month upon revision. The salary is enough to live, assuming
you keep control over your expenses.
Travel costs and fees for national conferences or team days are
fully covered for the MC. Also Travel costs and fees for
international conferences and meetings are covered.
Accommodation and basic living necessities is
provided.
7. 4. Requirements
Election/Selection procedures
Requirements of the compendium:
• You need to be a member of AIESEC in Poland to apply to Member Committee;
• International Candidates can apply if they are a member of AIESEC in other country;
• Candidates to Member Committee need to have English exam passed on at least level B in
AIESEC in Poland scale. It can be proved by a certificate according to AIESEC in Poland
regulation past during General Assembly. Please bring proper document with you to the
General Assembly.

Vice Presidents are selected by the MCP elect with support of current MC team.
Each of the candidates needs to be approved on General Assembley.

10. 4. Role of MCVP OD
Aligning & Leading VP Operations towards realization of established
entity direction and ELD goals;
Downscaling global and national plan & initiatives ;
Managing planning and monitoring system towards plans realization;
Managing support system for local entities towards plans realization.

Drive Customer Orientation behavior in National and Local level using Net Promoter
Score;
ELD Programmes Process Optimization and Long Term Evolution including
product development (considering frameworks, business models);
Responsible for Competitive and Business Intelligence (Incentive Systems maintenance and
Platforms (online) management together with IM responsible;
Support MC and LCs in Implementation and maintenance of anything connected to BI.
Note that MCVP OP elect will be involved in Managers selection.
Physical presence on process is preferable- 1st 2 weeks of March
(if not then virtual).
12. 4. Role of MCVPs GIP and GCDP
To develop specific program in AIESEC in Poland by implementing strategies, innovations
and constatns improvements for goal achievement and growth,
To manage and constantly improve the functionality of the program delivery systems and quality
of services provided by AIESEC in Poland;
To develop, implement and manage products in the national network, generating experiences;
Ensuring compliance of program processes with formal and legal requirements both
internally and externally.

To develop TMP and TLP program in AIESEC in Poland by implementing strategies,
innovations and constatns improvements for goal achievement and growth;
To implement strategies for driving GIP and GCDP growth;
To develop and manage TMP/TLP products in the national network, generating experiences;
To manage and constantly improve the functionality of the program and quality of
services provided by AIESEC in Poland;
Manage in efficient way Talent Management processes to ensure needed Talent Capacity for
each area and program AIESEC in Poland runs.
14. 4. Role of MCVP L&D
To develop strategies enabling AIESEC in Poland to deliver leadership in every experience;
Ensuring quality of experiences provided by AIESEC in Poland with L&D strategies;
Contributing to ensure global learning environment for each of our members.
Providing Leadership & Skills development in the organization aligned with national
strategy and supporting growth in ELD programs;
Providing learning (including hard and operational skills) aligned with essence of AIESEC and
current needs in ELD programs; and education cycles in all organization
15. 4. Role of MCVP ER
Ensuring financial sustainability fo the MC team (revenue side);
Ensuring quality of services provided to external partners of AIESEC in Poland.
Servicing and account management of National Partners;
Ensuring sales and delivery of our portfolio of ER products;
Building and delivering GIP and GCDP related products to National Partners and new
partners;

6.1 Selection Process
The application for AIESEC in Poland MC 2014/2015 team should consist of:
1. CV: Give us all important information we need to know about you, your AIESEC career, other jobs
you have had, your contact details etc. You can use a maximum of one page to create your CV.
2. Endorsement Letters: Collect 2 endorsement letters with contact details of authors;
At least one Endorsement Letter should be provided by customer/ external stakeholder that
have cooperated with you in your AIESEC experience (representative of a company, NGO, BoA,Alumni,
Exchange Participant).
3. Questionnaire – not more than 7 pages.
4. Scan of English certificate (not required for native English speakers).

Make sure you create a separate file for all documents.
You will receive confirmation within 24 hours.
After sending application package you wil be invited to solve Virtual Case Study and
fill in online Personal Values Assessment (result will be shared only with MCP elect). Next
step is interviews. Each candidate needs to be approved by national plenary on General
Assembley (date to be defined and announced to candidates).MCP elect has right to reject
candidates on each step of the process.
