Jenny Wakefield received her PhD from UNT in May 2016 from the Department of Learning Technologies with a Minor in Philosophy from the Department of Philosophy and Religion Studies. Her research focus is on Instructional Design, Alternate Reality Games, Transmedia, and Social Media and how they are best used in the educational setting. She holds a Master of Science in Computer Education and Cognitive Systems with a focus on Instructional Design & Learning & Teaching with Technology.
