Job Responsibilities
 Overall responsible for all the outlets.
 Officiate the department in the absence of F&B Manager.
 Responsible for implementing the brand standards and to ensure the properly
drill down to all the staff.
 To maximize revenue and ensure crisp, courteous and efficient service to the
customers.
 Assist the F&B Manager to plan annual budgets both operating and expenditure
for the department and ensure that these are met.
 Achieve total guest satisfaction and organizational profitability through effective
utilization of all resources. Continuously delight the customer by offering trend
setting and innovative products and services.
 Ensure all the operational standards are set for all the equipments and processes
are followed.
 Plan food festivals and promotions to boost up the sale of outlet.
 Plan annual leave for staff and make duty Rota
 To ensure that the outlet is managed efficiently according to the established concept
statement, providing a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times,
