Guidelines forSeminar Power Point Presentation
Try to follow the following Steps:
1. Title Slide-1 Slide
2. Contents or Outlines.-1 Slide
(Mention Main Topics Only)
3. What and Why this technology-1-2 Slide
4. Introduction-1-2 Slide
5. Detail Technical Concept or
Background 3-4.
6. Technical Analysis 1-2
7. Conclusion 1
8. References-1
9. Any Question-1 Slide
10. Thanks Slide-1 Slide
Marks Distribution:
1. Knowledge-20
2. PPT Design 15
3. Contents and Communication Skills-10
4. Report 15
5. Attendance 15
6. Exam Viva 15
7. Quires (During Presentation) 10
Note: This is not official format.
1. All statement should be point wise
(Use bullets).
2. Generally avoid the paragraph within
the slide.
3. All figures, tables or graphs should be
named (Say Fig 1).
4. Try to Design the self-explanatory
slide.
5. Color Preferably Black or Blue with
White Background.
6. All Titles of the slides are in same
format and size.
7. The body text of the all slides is in
same format and size also.
8. Any slide is not like empty or full by
text. It should be justified.
9. References are mention in the footer
(Within Text Box) of the concerned
slide or last in References slide.
10. Please ensure your maximum slide will
not cross the 15.
11. Put 1.5 Gap between two lines.
Slide Design is a creative art,
try to show your talent.
But remember it is a Technical
Presentation, so avoid styles but
ensure it should be standard.
