-Human Resource Management for AIESEC India comprising of more than 2500 young people. Attracting, recruiting, retaining and
developing members to build capacity by impacting the young people of the country
-Management and Development of several talent management processes at the national level.
-Leading a team of 20 local Vice Presidents Talent Management from AIESEC India’s local offices. Responsible for their coaching,
mentoring and direction to enable them to implement all talent management processes at the local level.
-National Strategy, Direction and Manpower planning for the recruitment of about 3000 members from 20 Indian cities. Created
and delivered approximately 700 leadership experiences to more than 500 young individuals

         from over 30 countries. Participated in the core-group meeting of the international talent management unit at
         Rotterdam, The Netherland in December, 2009.
        Internship in Warsaw, Poland (February-May 2009) - Team Leader for a Research based Project on Social Inequalities.
         The team comprised of 10 people from 4 different countries. Conducted more than 50 workshops and trainings in 8
         Polish High Schools, covering more than 1000 high school students. The project was awarded as the best international
         project based on exchange in AIESEC Warsaw.
   Facilitator and Trainer in 5 international conferences (November 2008 - June 2009) - In Germany, Poland, Czech
        Republic and Kazakhstan for conferences, workshops and seminars based on leadership and international cooperation.
        Represented AIESEC -India in AIESEC’s International Congress, Malaysia (August 2009) - Comprising of 700 delegates
        from more than 100 countries.
       Business Development and Coaching - Worked for 2 weeks in 3 Kazakhstan cities to develop international relations and
        business between AIESEC India and Kazakhstan. Delivered coaching and training to 300 young people in the country.

Work Experience during College - 2005-2008

       Marketing Associate, IMG during Indian Premier League 2008 - Part of a team of 8 associates responsible for prevention
        of unethical marketing practices during IPL matches at the Feroz Shah Kotla Ground, New Delhi.
       Executive Team Leader, India Banao Campaign 2008 - A political awakening initiative for young people to inspire them to
        vote and share their social and political opinion. Led a team of 25 young people to organize an event the leader of
        opposition Mr. LK Advani who was addressing university students from Delhi.
       VP Corporate Relations, AIESEC Delhi 2007- Leading a team of 15 members and 2 team leaders. Managed business
        relations with more than 10 corporate clients and 30 international trainees
       VP Business Development, AIESEC Delhi 2007 - Expanded AIESEC’s operation in Dehradun and established partnerships
        and contacts for further work.
       VP Finance and Operations, AIESEC Delhi 2006- Responsible for a budget outlay of Rs 40 lakhs+ and manage all financial
        policies and operations of the local office, including the management of logistics and infrastructure.
       Organizing Committee President for AIESEC’s International Interns Conference 2005 and 2006 - Led a team of 10
        individuals to organize a national induction and cultural preparation conference for all international interns in AIESEC
        India. The conference was awarded as the Best National Initiative for the year 2006.

The conference was awarded as the Best National Initiative for the year 2006.
