a final value fee for sales proceeds by sellers.
Amazon.com, Inc. is an American multinational technology company which
focuses on e-commerce, cloud computing, digital streaming, and artificial
intelligence. It has been referred to as "one of the most influential economic and
cultural forces in the world". Amazon was founded by Jeff Bezos from his garage
in Bellevue, Washington on July 5, 1994. Amazon.com is primarily a retail site with
a sales revenue model; Amazon takes a small percentage of the sale price of each
item that is sold through its website while also allowing companies to advertise
their products by paying to be listed as featured products.

4. Richness: Amazon and eBay both include great quality pictures,
text message to convey their message in a single marketing
platform. Both websites are easy to use as every option is easily
assessable for user.
Interactivity: both website enable user to interact with them by
providing Features like advanced navigation menus, internal links,
search bars, forms and buttons, videos, animated elements -3D
hover or scroll effects- interactive feedback tools, etc. As we
found out that eBay is more interactive than amazon. As it is little
user friendly and provide great experience than amazon.
Information density: both provide low information density level
and the information on the site accurate, concise and update
timely. In eBay product description is not as interactive as
amazon.
Personalization/customization: both provide user to customize
their product as their need on basis of size, color, quantity etc. also,
both provide customer to drop feedback or question and make
them visible to every customer. Also enable seller to answer the
feedback and question of user. So, that seller personalize the
product as user requirement and recommendation.
Social technology: Amazon does not support any other social
network but eBay connect different social network to user
account.
3.Conclusion:
Amazon is the fastest growing company as compare to eBay but
there is little difference in their website that eBay is built on advance
theme and feature , eBay is more user friendly than amazon.
Amazon have variety of product but little weak in providing an
advance website as per the developed world.
4.Recommendation:
Amazon: Our recommendation to Amazon is that Amazon should
improve its user interface provide user friendly website and
decrease information density and use an advance theme and
layout. Also Amazon's interface should be interactive to see at
first sight. Amazon should introduce advance features in their

EBay: EBay should provide training or policy to its seller to input
their product description correctly and concise. Also, update their
review and feedback section. For eBay the recommendation is
that eBay should improve its customer service by providing fast
delivery service and multiple delivery options for the feasibility of
customers .eBay should also focus on its return policies, as eBay
return policies depends on sellers.
