is not an option? <br />Insist on a brief<br />Objectives, audience 'wants', 3 key messages, a view across the whole presentation and a detailed explanation of your slides. Plus timing for each part of the presentation. And predicted Q&A’s and who's taking them. Plus logistics. <br />Make it Your Presentation<br />Unless there are legal implications, you do not need to say what's on the slide and please don't read it. You can talk around the slide making your own key points in your own language using your own examples. You can reorder the slides. Think about structuring it like a mini quot;

Rehearse yourself to time out loud. Use strong performance technique to help you: eye contact, pauses, light and shade in your voice, strong hands.<br />
