1. INSTRUCTIONS TO SENIOR STUDENTS
REGARDING REGISTRATION PROCESS
1. All students have to pay Institute fee and hostel dues before proceeding to the
departments for registration.
2. All Indian students, who wish to pay the Institute fee and hostel dues through
bank transfer have to
a) Check correctness of their SB Account numbers. Updated list will be put up in
the website by 11.07.2011
b) Total Institute fee and hostel dues payable by each student are put up in the
website.
c) make sure that sufficient funds are available in their accounts by 12.07.2011
d) Send an authorization letter by fax in the format given below to the Manager,
SBH, NIT branch, Warangal. FAX No.0870 2430503
e) In case of excess deduction from the accounts, the same will be adjusted in
future dues.
3. Students who are availing educational loan can pay the Institute fee and hostel
dues in the form of DD drawn in favor of director, NIT Warangal or Chief
Warden, NITW Hostels respectively payable at Warangal.
4. All DASA and other non-Indian students have to pay tuition fee in the form DD
only. If they wish, they can pay the fee for both the semesters now. All other
Institute fee and mess dues have to be paid through Challan or through account
transfer as mentioned in item 2 above.
5. Students, who do not have account in NIT branch or have not given the account
number, have to pay only through challan only.
LATE REGISTRATION: Late registration for registering up to 22.07.2011 is Rs. 500.
This amount is to be paid in the form of challan only.
