5. Kicking – comes from a photographic snapshot – dasein project I liked the link between the “dasein” concept here & the “phantom ball” project, the kicking of something invisible.
7. “ Being-in-the-world” – a clear image here of how we engage with the unreal or in some “external” experience in an interactive design space. Out of it came the IR & emitting beam for my project (now a laser pen).
9. The experience goes much further here – throughout the net & all over the (virtual) world. It questions “being-in-the-world” and raises all kinds of “ontic” issues. In my project I’m interested in the reaction of the participant and his experience.
11. LEDs – a no brainer, once I’d decided on lights for the reaction to the kicking. Here it’s an extreme but fantastic example of the potential of light in visual space!

13. I like the idea of a door (internal norm) being outside in an external space. The children don’t appear to question its existence and pass through it without noticing. Invisible?
