As reported in the ACSM's Health & Fitness Journal and the New York Times, the Scientific 7-Minute Workout is an interval training program that alternates 12 brief rotations of high-intensity exercises with rest periods to provide a full workout in only seven minutes. This PowerPoint presentation displays each exercise and rest period with a countdown, so you can glance up quickly to see what's next and keep your workout moving. Download the file, put it in "Slideshow" mode and click on the first slide to get started. It will automatically display the countdown and move to the next exercise.
