I have worked in adult education for over 10 years, as a Trainer, Project Manager, Educational Designer and Manager of Education. I have worked in VET, higher education and workforce development, designing and managing education for a wide range of accreditation systems. Since 2013 I have worked in the healthcare sector responsible for training to GPs, nurses, teachers and disability support workers I have held official mentoring roles where I mentor other teachers in the area of innovation - particularly online delivery.
