The document argues that having more women in positions of power would be beneficial. It notes that throughout history, male leaders have often led to violence and conflict, while female leaders may bring more peace. It suggests that women face challenges in gaining respect and power, as they are often viewed negatively if they display strength and leadership qualities. However, the document also notes that effective policies and cooperation, rather than gender alone, are needed to reduce conflicts.

We need more women in power - ESSAY
1.
2. WE NEED MORE WOMEN IN POWER
Being a women, I feel very special and proud of myself. In my opinion, I think
being a woman is the utmost honourable gift one could possibly get. I strongly feel
this way as I am a successful working-studying-woman-wife-mother-and daughter
all at the same time. Besides that, I think playing my role in all of these character
makes me think that this world needs more women in power. Before I go on much in
my essay, I think that the world needs more women power particularly in the
commanding force of a country also known as POLITICS.
Throughout history, male leaders led us to violence and conflict. If a society
was governed by female leaders, it would be more peaceful. I totally agree to this.
What do you think? Here I would like to take this chance to let the reader of my
essay as a question to ponder on.
There are minor wars and conflicts in many parts of area nowadays, thus
people are concerning whether we need more women leaders in order to provide
harmony and safe environment. Personally, I disagree with this suggestion would
rewrite the situation will bring a positive effect as we expected.
In order to gain respect and power, female have to be tougher and aggressive
as their counterpart does. They have to present the capabilities such as viewing
issues in a whole picture, willing to take advices from people with various
backgrounds, and then making decisions correctly. However, people often have
negative impression on these outstanding female, iron ladies or isolated, for instance
which is not fair for them.
In addition, the root of the problem is much deeper than gender. The chaos
and violence may already exist which government should take actions to tackle it no
matter of the gender differences of its leader. Male and female rulers could both
control the conflicts well if they introduce more effective policies and strategies and
work cooperatively with relevant departments.
3. Some say there should have more women with various backgrounds to be in
charge of the administration. Take Burma’s newly elected female president as an
example, she introduces democracy to the nation and fights for human rights.
Burmese’s history rewrite completed due to her efforts. If there were more female
leaders, people would suffer less in some regions- Middle East and Southeast Asia,
for instance.
In brief, a wise leader should contribute themselves to secure peace and
harmony for its people. It is not just for female leader who needs to be responsible
for, but also the male one should put more efforts on the issue as well.

5. 1) NOUNS
Nouns are a part of speech typically denoting a person, place, thing, animal or idea.
In linguistics, a noun is a member of a large, open lexical category whose members
can occur as the main word in the subject of a clause, the object of a verb, or the
object of a preposition. Lexical categories are defined in terms of the ways in which
their members combine with other kinds of expressions. The syntactic rules for
nouns differ from language to language. In English, nouns are those words which
can occur with articles and attributive adjectives and can function as the head of
a noun phrase.

6. 2) SVA (Subject-Verb-Agreement)
The subject and verb must agree in number: both must be singular, or both must be
plural. Problems occur in the present tense because one must add an -s or -es at
the end of the verb when the subjects or the entity performing the action is a singular
third person: he, she, it, or words for which these pronouns could substitute. In order
to find out if your subject and verb agree, you need to be able to identify the subject
of your sentence. Here are some helpful hints that will help you to decipher where
your subject is and where it is not. Most likely, your verb will agree with the first
noun to the left of the verb. Occasionally, a sentence has the subject after the
verb instead of before it. This strategy is often used for poetic effect.

A pronoun can replace a noun or another pronoun. You use pronouns like "he,"
"which," "none," and "you" to make your sentences less cumbersome and less
repetitive. Grammarians classify pronouns into several types, including the personal
pronoun, the demonstrative pronoun, the interrogative pronoun, the indefinite
pronoun, the relative pronoun, the reflexive pronoun, and the intensive pronoun.
A personal pronoun refers to a specific person or thing and changes its form to
indicate person, number, gender and case. A subjective personal
pronoun indicates that the pronoun is acting as the subject of the sentence. The
subjective personal pronouns are "I," "you," "she," "he," "it," "we," "you," "they."
An objective personal pronoun indicates that the pronoun is acting as an object of
a verb, compound verb, preposition, or infinitive phrase. The objective personal
pronouns are: "me," "you," "her," "him," "it," "us," "you," and "them." Relative
pronoun is used to link one phrase or clause to another phrase or clause. The
relative pronouns are "who," "whom," "that," and "which." The compounds
"whoever," "whomever," and "whichever" are also relative pronouns. An indefinite
pronoun is a pronoun referring to an identifiable but not specified person or thing.
An indefinite pronoun conveys the idea of all, any, none, or some. Reflexive
pronoun to refer back to the subject of the clause or sentence. The reflexive
pronouns are "myself," "yourself," "herself," "himself," "itself," "ourselves,"
"yourselves," and "themselves." Note each of these can also act as an intensive
pronoun. An intensive pronoun is a pronoun used to emphasise itsantecedent.
Intensive pronouns are identical in form to reflexive pronouns. ( Myself , himself and
herself ).
