In Odoo 13, the layout of reports like quotations, sales orders, and invoices can be customized. The report configuration menu allows modifying options like layout, colors, fonts, logos, and paper format. Changes made to the layout are previewed and can be saved. Once saved, the new layout will apply to all relevant reports.

2. In Odoo 13 we can customize the look of reports. We can modify
the report’s style,colour,Background,etc to our likes.

3. Menu->Settings->Business Documents->

4. Select the Configure Document Layout-> button to configure the
layout.

5. There are many options to modify the quotation.
 Layout (design or arrangement of the quotation)
 Company Logo (We can add our company’s logo)
 Colors (Text Colors)
 Font (Text Font)
 Company Tagline (Can add tagline of our company)
 Footer (Can add anything in the footer )
 Paper format (Can select the paper format by standard size)

6. We can see the changes in demo on right side of the options.If we
change the values it appears on the demo quotation.
After changing the options click Save-> to save the quotation
layout.

7. Then go to Sales->Quotations->
Select any quotation,

9. Click Print->Quotation/Order-> to view the quotation style.

10. Select Open with option and click OK->

11. We can see the changes in the report.The changes are applied on
all reports like sales orders,invoice,renders,etc.
This is the Purchase Order.Here we can see the same layout is
appearing on this.
