Unload guest's luggage and put in their rooms. inform the guest about the room, about
every service and facilities provided the hotel. Help guest in operating door lock, room
light, A/C etc, and brief about the room.
 Lobby Upkeep
Keep the entrance and lobby area nit and clean and welcoming environment. Assist guest
in their needs in lobby area.
