OpenAccess.se (2006) a project run by the National Library,
with support from ”The Association of Swedish Higher
Education Institutions” (SUHF) and ”The Royal Swedish
Academy of Sciences” (KVA).
OpenAccess.se permanent program (2010)
Five Swedish funders of research (public and privat) decides
to make OA to publications mandatory (2009/2010)
