I take great pride in writing a letter on behalf of Keith Stephens. Keith has served as our
video coordinator since 2005. He began shooting games for the JV team, and has shot
virtually all varsity football games since 2006. Keith has done an excellent job shooting our
games. He takes his work seriously and is always punctual and ready at kick off. Keith’s
work is exceptionally done, and in the five years that he has shot varsity games, I do not
recall him missing a single play. He shoots the entire field and he knows exactly when to
zoom in and out. I simply cannot say enough about his dedication to his craft and his
professionalism.
During his time working with our program, Keith has taken on the challenge of learning
two video editing programs. Prior to 2010 our team used LRS and Keith and I spent
countless hours in the team film room inputting data, creating cutups, and generating
reports. This year we began using DSV, and Keith decided that he would purchase his
own version of the software. Keith willingly went and filmed future opponents free of
charge, and he even broke the games down for the coaching staff and players to use.
In closing, Keith has been a wonderful asset to the Stevenson football program. He has
done an exceptional job helping our coaching staff and players, and I would recommend
him without reservation. He has been a delight to work with.
