Kathy DeLauro has over 30 years of experience in communications, web design, photography, and project management. She is currently an Apple Support Specialist, where she promotes Apple products and provides customer support. Previously, she was the Manager of Communications and Web Design at the College of Central Florida & Appleton Museum of Art, where she redesigned their website and trained over 40 web developers. She also worked as a Business and Senior IT Analyst at Florida Power, Progress Energy (Duke Energy) developing communications and training over 40 site web administrators.
