2. Introduction
• Storytelling is one of the ways in capturing and
transferring knowledge.
• The problem is that it is rarely explored
academically and underrated in the real world.
• Stories are a form of narrative (Gabriel,
2000;Sole, 2002) but not all narrative is good
knowledge sharing stories (Sole,
2002;Ruggles, 2002).
• To address the issues there is a need to
establish a framework that guides
organisations in producing a organisation story
that is knowledge worthy.
