CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER - April, 2014 till now
Duties:
1- Process cards applications
2- Process the XML files
3- Client's issues coordination and following up
4- Follow up the Transactions objections
5- Answer all kind of inquiries about ATM cards
6- Handle all administrative requisitions and documentations in the unit
7- Work closely with the local Technology and Operations, Procurement and Finance teams in order to
deliver products seamlessly and within specified timelines.
