Market That’ll Serve You For Life

of a niche market?
A niche market is composed of individuals or businesses
that have similar interests or needs, which can be readily
identified and easily targeted or reached.
Finding a niche market means finding a highly targeted
audience for your product or service.
If you want to profit consistently,
knowing your target market is the
most important thing.
It’s more easier to reach a smaller group of people
interested in a specific idea, as opposed to a large group
of people interested in a broader range of ideas.
Coming up with marketplace ideas is
easy - but proving whether they will
make you wealthy isn’t.
The #1 mistake most online entrepreneurs make is... they
find or create a product or service to sell and then go and
find a market for it. This simply does not work.
My top 3 criteria for qualifying a profitable niche market.
 - Are there others websites selling to your market?
 - Is there activity on social media websites?
 - How popular is your niche market?

I put my niche market ideas through five important tests
each time I start a new business online.
First, come up with a list of 5-7 niche market ideas
starting with your passions, hobbies, knowledge areas
and interests.
The Lifetime Passion Test
The Social Activity Test
The Keyword Popularity Test
The Know-How Test
The Live-In-Action Test
If you haven’t gathered yet, it’s not
just about picking any niche. It’s
about picking the profitable niche.
One wrong niche - and you’ll
have wasted days and weeks
of building a business.
You’ll have   zero   sales.
You’ll be completely
burned out, and
totally depressed.
But get it right - and
life can be totally different.
The first step was to identify your niche market.

The second step of the process is to research and
study your niche market in depth.
Dig deeper to discover the motivations
     and desires of your target market.
Spy on your
niche market.
Social Networks and Forums
 Look out for statements/questions like...
   “Where can I find a...”
   “I wish someone would make a...”
   “How do I...”
Join the market.
Create a short survey and entice
people to take part.
From doing these three
things, you’ll be able to
quickly create marketing
personas for your niche.
Put yourself in the shoes of
your target client:
What is it that drives
people to buy
something in your
marketplace?
Put yourself in the shoes of your target client:
What is the pain or pleasure that they perceive?
Once you’ve identified your marketplace and discovered their
underlying needs and desires, it’s time for the next step.
