Title: King Fahad Medical City
Role: MEP Project Engineer
Responsibilities:
• Handled all the post/pre-installation works required for the installation of GE and SEIMENS Made MRI Scan Machines.
• Project Reporting , Site Co-ordination, Client Meeting-Presentation and Team Supervision.
• Supervising day-to-day site operations.
• Ensure that all installations are as per hospital standards and MRI machine requirements.
• Liaised with client, GE, SEIMENS and consultant (RAD Planning - USA) for the work quality
• Ensuring timeliness in schedule and maintaining a punch list of to-do and accomplished work.
• Coordinate with hospital to ensure the hospital standards in various streams.
• Handled installation of:
o Installation, testing and commissioning of Systems like medical gas, drainage and water supply system, Fire
fighting system, chilled water systems with necessary piping for MRI magnets, plumbing, AHU, DX type chiller, pre-
insulated duct system, exhaust and fresh air fans.
o Fire fighting sprinkler system, FM 200 system, Air sampling system.
o Complete electrification works like cabling, cable termination, lighting and power, earthing and lightning protection
o Low power systems like data, telephone, public address system(PAS),Master clock system, Intercom system

• Preparation, execution & monitoring, testing and commissioning of all MEP systems like HVAC ,Plumbing (drainage ,
water supply, chiller piping, irrigation & Firefighting), FM 200 ,BMS, Complete Electrical & Low Current systems
as per compliance with the plan, shop drawing, specification, standards and schedule.
• Project Reporting , Site Co-ordination, Client Meeting-Presentation and Team Supervision.
• Shop drawing and As built preparation in Auto cad ,its submittal and obtaining client/consultant approval.
