Project Overview :
Query Management Tool (QMT) for Symantec internal users and external
vendors to create cases using a standard Salesforce platform. This will provide more
automated solution to case management system and will provide central repository to
maintain the enquiries. External vendors will access the tool via portal through the new
Source To Pay (S2P) Landing Page designed as a part of Da Vinci Release. Internal vendors will
access the tool through their internal S2P Landing Page. The business also allows inquiries to
come through generic Symantec email inboxes. All of those inquiries will be automatically
created into a case and routed to their correct queue.
Roles and Responsibilities :
 Designing application to meet customer requirements with Salesforce capabilities.

for the same. In order to achieve this, Hibu Sales app is integrated to a Marketing tool.
Roles and Responsibilities :

4. Project Overview :
This software developed for Ohio-Health Group . The main aim of the application is to
maintain the database of the physicians.
This application is divided into following modules:
 Configuration module
 User module
Configuration module: This is the administrator module, which provides the user to add,
update, delete and also import the physician data from the CSV files in to the system. The
accounts are created by grouping the practices and are assigned to the users by which he can
browse the information of the physicians of those accounts.
User module: This is the web module help the users to browse the details of the physician’s
their referrals. This also provides the users registration and new physicians can get listed. The
user is provided with facilities like copy label that copies the physician’s address to the
clipboard
