UNDP Bolivia promotes democratic governance through a web 2.0 platform called gobernabilidad.org.bo. The project aims to reduce barriers to access information and promote its use in decision making, as well as include actors like indigenous groups, women, and youth who were previously excluded. This is done through a website and social media presence. Quantitative data like website traffic and searches are used alongside qualitative data from surveys to monitor the impact, measure objectives over time, and ensure political support and funding continues for the knowledge management initiative.
