Beta blockers for anxiety?
Write down a list of all the things you would like to learn or start up again. It could be anything,
whether it be Football, Cards, Drawing, Cooking, Dancing, Singing, Writing, Boxing, absolutely
anything! Even stamp collecting! Come on be creative!
Make sure you have a list of at least 6 and start doing some of the things you like! Everyone can fit
some hobbies into there life style! As i said there are so many different things you can do to be
creative/passionate.
Creativity/Passion is the only anxiety cure! It will stop all the 'What if thoughts' so the cycle cannot
begin....
As i said i am not a doctor but this seriously worked for me! I promise you, you don't have to feel
over-active anxiety ever again if you follow these steps-
Write down a long list of hobbies/passions you would love to learn/start
Start doing these hobbies/passions right away. Everyday if its possible
Even if its just 20 minutes. Anything!! Although the more the better
Get excited about doing these hobbies/passions everyday!
Think about your hobbies/passions everyday. Excitement/passion is the exact opposite to
fear/anxiety! See where we are going now?
Be creative in your head everyday about your passions, what your going to do next Etc.
If excitement is the exact opposite to anxiety then you need to be more excited everyday and do
more creative activities/hobbies!
'Try it now just for 5 minutes. In your mind think of a passion or hobby you want to do, get really
excited about it. Think of all the joy and excitement it will bring you. really be passionate about it
and notice your anxiety reducing dramatically'
So basically do as many new things everyday, start up old hobbies again. You can even start writing
like i am now. I am really enjoying telling you my story and am so happy to be helping others. (I
hope). If you are creative and passionate about the things you do in life then anxiety and fear will
have no place anymore. You wont even have room for anxiety. Passion and excitement is the exact
opposite to anxiety!
Even if it is just for a week follow all the steps, get your list, start doing creative hobbies/passions,
get excited about your new hobbies everyday and watch your anxiety fade away! Think about your
new hobbies and passions every minute if you can and get excited about new things you are going to
try. ( I cooked a Jamaican fish recipe the other day for the first time)
I guarantee you will want to carry on with this method after a week and after you have noticed the
results. Anxiety really wont have any place in your life.
I started up drawing everyday. Something i loved and had stopped doing for a long time. I started
drawing all kinds of different things, from cars to animals. Getting excited about drawing and
generally being really passionate about something again. I was thinking about my drawings all the
time. The next big project i wanted to do, generally being very creative...
I had severe anxiety symptoms before, my life was boring and i wasn't going out with friends much, i
felt very scared and alone. I have probably experienced every anxiety symptom out there so i can
definitely relate to anyone who is reading this with any over-active anxiety symptom out there. All
the way from butterflies to OCD!
I started drawing, went to the gym and started to get healthy, started cooking some foods i had
never tried to cook before! I was writing, learning new things, trying different sports but most of all i
was being creative and passionate!!
After i had started doing all these new things i completely forgot about all the anxiety symptoms i
was feeling before, seriously! Someone said something to me about anxiety and it clicked!! I was
feeling all these symptoms because my mind was bored. I had completely got rid of anxiety, there
was no room in my life for it! I felt amazing!
I started going out with friends, trying new things, visiting new places, trying new hobbies. Just
generally excited about life and very passionate about new hobbies etc. The exact opposite to
anxiety/fear is excitement and passion!
So please, please take my advice and do everything in your life you can . Watch your anxiety
symptoms fade away! This will work for anyone experiencing anxiety. I'm sure of it! Any symptom
driving anxiety!
I know for some people with severe anxiety, new hobbies and passions can be over whelming but if
you can get past that first hurdle and just try the things you want you will be anxiety free!! I
promise! Make sure you are constantly challenging yourself. Remember people who suffer from
anxiety are very clever people and need passion and creativity in there life. They thrive off it, and its
a good thing!
Also i mentioned L-Theanine in my first paragraph. I don't usually promote taking any medicine for
anxiety as i completely believe in my method above but L-Theanine is a completely natural remedy
that i found in a herbal shop a couple of years ago. It will not cure anxiety like my method above but
it certainly does reduce it a lot!
I understand that many people reading this who suffer from severe anxiety maybe a little
overwhelmed at starting new hobbies or trying new things as there anxiety is just too much. I
believe that if you try the L-Theanine it will give you the kick start you need to try the method above
so i can show you just how effective it is. So please follow me and show everyone how easy it is to
beat anxiety!
