Large companies still follow a command-and-control model of organisation. This
means they are outpaced by smaller organisations with more efficient decision
making. In this talk, you will learn how your corporate organisation can partially be
decentralised for areas where agility is more important than predictable results. The
talk will be illustrated by the case of Proximus Move, an initiative to create a local and
personalised telecom experience for youngsters in Belgium.
