Srbac is located at the mouth of Vrbas in Sava. The area of the municipality of Srbac is 453 km² and includes 39 settlements
with about 17 000 inhabitants. Several companies established with foreign capital operate in the municipality of Srbac. In addi-
tion, several domestic companies have companies from Italy and Germany as strategic partners. The most important investment
potentials of the municipality of Srbac are:

Srbac je smješten na ušću Vrbasa u Savu. Površina opštine Srbac iznosi 453 km² i obuhvata 39 naselja u kojima živi oko 17.000
stanovnika. Na području opštine Srbac posluje više preduzeća osnovanih stranim kapitalom. Pored njih, nekoliko domaćih pre-
duzeća za strateške partnere imaju preduzeća iz Italije i Njemačke. Najznačajniji investicioni potencijali opštine Srbac su:

Srbac in 2020 - a municipality with very developed agricultural production from which people in the city and the
village live well, with competitive, growing and export oriented food, wood processing and other industries.
The wood industry represents a significant sector of the processing industry in the area of the municipality of Srbac. Half of the
export in the municipality is realised by the wood processing industry, which points to the importance of this sector for the local
economy, especially considering the availability of raw material.
In 2017, in Srbac there were 13 companies in this field or 8.2% of the total number of companies in the municipality. The wood
processing industry has the highest income in the processing industry of the municipality of Srbac. In 2017, this sector had 19.3
million KM of revenues, which makes 8.1% of the total revenue realised on the territory of the entire municipality. In the wood
industry in 2017 there were 181 persons or 14.3% of the total number of employees in Srbac.

Srbac, 2020. godine, opština sa vrlo naprednom poljoprivrednom proizvodnjom od koje ljudi u gradu i na selu
kvalitetno žive, sa konkurentnom, rastućom i izvozno orjentisanom prehrambenom, drvoprerađivačkom i drugim
industrijama.
Drvna industrija predstavlja značajan sektor prerađivačke industrije na području opštine Srbac. Polovinu izvoza na području opš-
tine ostvaruje drvoprerađivačka industrija, što ukazuje na značaj ovog sektora za lokalnu privredu, posebno ako se uzme u obzir
raspoloživost sirovine.
U Srpcu je u 2017. godini poslovalo 13 preduzeća iz ove oblasti ili 8,2% od ukupnog broja preduzeća na opštini. Drvoprerađivačka
industrija ostvaruje najveći prihod u prerađivačkoj industriji opštine Srbac. U 2017. godini ovaj sektor je imao 19,3 miliona KM
prihoda, što je 8,1% ukupnog prihoda ostvareno na teritoriji cijele opštine. U drvnoj industriji u 2017. godini je radilo 181 lice ili
14,3% ukupnog broja zaposlenih u Srpcu.

Currently, two partially regulated business zones SITNEŠI and CRNAJA are active in the municipality.
Communal infrastructure to the zones Crnaja and Sitneši and in the zones has been built to a certain extent, but it is expected that
a total of ten investments could be achieved by equipping the zones, with the focus on attracting investments in the manufacturing
industry.
In relation to the attracting investments, incentive measures for the purchase of land in business zones are being implemented.
The measures are reflected in the reduction in the price of land, which in these zones at market prices is around 6 BAM/m², and
it is reduced by 90%, so it is also offered in the public bidding procedure at an initial price of 0.70 BAM/m². In addition to this
stimulating measure, the municipality of Srbac continues to offer reduction of short-term rent, which in the business zones is 12
BAM/m², and it is reduced by 66% and amounts to 4.0 BAM/m² for a newly built object larger than 500 m² in its grounds.

Trenutno su na području opštine aktivne dvije djelimično uređene poslovne zone SITNEŠI i CRNAJA.
Komunalna infrastruktura do zona Crnaja i Sitneši i u zonama je u određenoj mjeri izgrađena, ali se očekuje da bi opremanjem
zona moglo da bude ostvareno ukupno deset investicija, pri čemu će fokus biti na privlačenju investicija u prerađivačku industriju.
U vezi sa privlačenjem investicija, provode se podsticajne mjere za kupovinu zemljišta u poslovnim zonama. Mjere se ogledaju u
smanjenju cijene zemljišta, koja se u ovim zonama po tržišnim cijenama kreće oko 6 KM/m², a umanjuje se za 90%, tako da se
isto nudi u postupku javne licitacije po početnoj cijeni od 0,70 KM/m². Pored ove stimulativne mjere, opština Srbac i dalje nudi
umanjenje jednokratne rente koja u poslovnim zonama iznosi 12 KM/m², a umanjuje se za 66% i iznosi 4,0 KM/m² novoizgrađenog
objekta većeg od 500 m² u osnovi.

Basic products of company Ensa BH d.o.o. are pellets and bri-
quettes.
The company owns installed production plants covering an area
of 15 009 m², with completely solved infrastructure, as well as
a completely rounded production cycle, from the purchase of
raw materials for production and production to the sale of fin-
ished products, i.e. pellets and briquettes. The annual capacity
of Ensa BH is around 16 000 tons of final product.

The basic commitment of company Ensa BH d.o.o. is to provide
a raw material base for production and to strengthen the sale
on the domestic market.

In the following period, company Ensa BH d.o.o. plans to ex-

Ensa BH d.o.o. is an export oriented company that markets 80% of its products to the foreign market. Product
placement is carried out in Croatia, Italy and Slovenia. In order to improve and maintain their positions in the for-
eign market, Ensa BH is researching models for reducing the prices of finished products, in conditions of constant
increase in raw material prices on the domestic market.

Osnovni proizvodi preduzeća Ensa BH d.o.o. su pelet i briket.
Preduzeće posjeduje instalirane proizvodne pogone koji se
prostiru na površini od 15.009 m², sa kompletno riješenom
infrastrukturom, kao i kompletno zaokružen proizvodni ciklus,
od nabavke potrebne sirovine za proizvodnju, proizvodnje do
prodaje gotovih proizvoda, odnosno peleta i briketa. Godišnji
kapacitet Ensa BH je oko 16.000 tona gotovog proizvoda.

Osnovno opredjeljenje preduzeća Ensa BH d.o.o. je da obezbje-
di sirovinsku bazu za proizvodnju i učvrsti prodaju na domaćem

will help us overcome the problems of the lack of raw materials in order to maintain the continuity of production

sivni namještaj, kao što su regali, ormari, komode, stolovi i slično. Svoje proizvode izvozimo u Poljsku, Švedsku,
Holandiju, Francusku, Austriju, Rumuniju i Srbiju. Ipak u narednom periodu je potrebno pronaći modalitete koji će
nam pomoći da prevaziđemo probleme nedostatka sirovine kako bismo održali kontinuitet proizvodnje u skladu sa

Basic productsof the company DRVOSERVIS d.o.o. are ve-
neered wooden chucks for chairs. The total annual producstion
amounts round 1,600,000.00 BAM.
The vision of the company DRVOSERVIS is continuous invest-
ment, as well as the conquest of new markets and the achieve-
ment of a leading position in the production of wooden ship-
ments in the region. The basic commitment of the company is
to be the first choice for customers when choosing a supplier,
and preferred employer for the employees.
The mission of DRVOSERVIS is to respond to the needs and
demands of clients and to constantly work on improving the
production process and products.
The goal of the company DRVOSERVIS d.o.o. is the expansion
of production by investing in new production lines, primarily in
equipment based on CNC technology, the improvement of prod-
uct quality and the expansion of product assortments, as well
as the strengthening of the position on the domestic and foreign
markets. In the next five years, the company plans to increase
production by 30% to 50% with the introduction of new prod-
ucts from the same production line, but which require more
quality and more complex processing.
Company DRVOSERVIS d.o.o. currently exports about 70% of total production. The main export markets for DRVO-
SERVIS products are Italy, Great Britain, Germany and Serbia to which it exports veneered wooden chucks for
upholstery. In the future, the company will work to establish contacts with new clients, primarily in Germany and
Great Britain, where the company is already present with its products. Also, the intention is to win the markets of
other European countries.

31.01 Proizvodnja namještaja za poslovne i prodajne prostore
Osnovni proizvodi preduzeća DRVOSERVIS d.o.o. su drveni ot-
presci za stolice od furniranog drveta. Ukupan godišnja proiz-
vodnja dostiže vrijednost oko 1.600.000,00 KM.
Vizija privrednog društva DRVOSERVIS je kontinuirano ulag-
anje, te osvajanje novih tržišta i postizanje vodeće pozicije u
proizvodnji drvenih otpresaka u regionu. Osnovno opredjeljenje
preduzeća je da kupcima bude prvi izbor prilikom izbora do-
bavljača, a zaposlenima poželjan poslodavac.
Misija DRVOSERVISA je da odgovori na potrebe i zahtjeve klije-
nata i da konstantno radi na unapređenju i poboljšanju proiz-
vodnog procesa i proizvoda.
Cilj preduzeća DRVOSERVIS d.o.o. je proširenje proizvodn-
je ulaganjem u nove proizvodne linije, prije svega u opremu
na bazi CNC tehnologije, unapređenje kvaliteta proizvoda i
proširenje proizvodnog asortimana, te učvršćivanje pozicije na
domaćem i stranom tržištu. U narednih pet godina preduzeće
planira povećanje proizvodnje od 30% do 50% uz uvođen-

Osnovni proizvod preduzeća Tatić Trejd d.o.o. je rezana građa.
Pored toga preduzeće se bavi i proizvodnjom ogrevnog drveta.
Osnovno opredjeljenje preduzeća Tatić Trejd d.o.o. je povećanje
proizvodnje, modernizacija i nabavka nove opreme za veći ste-
pen finalizacije proizvoda od drveta.

Preduzeće Tatić Trejd d.o.o. se bavi izvozom cijepanog ogrevnog drveta u Italiju.

16.21 Manufacture of veneer sheets and wood-based panels
Company Texoprom has a long tradition of producing wooden panels and furniture parts. Lately, in smaller quantities, Texoprom
also produces finished furniture. Continuous investments in growth and development are the basic characteristic of this company.
Also, Texoprom produces pellets, thus demonstrating its commitment to completing the production process.
In the following period, company Texoprom will work on the development of production assortment especially in the part of fin-
ished furniture production. However, in the field of wooden board production there will be improvement. Texoprom has already
invested in the technology of production of three-layer wood panels and is ready to start production of this product.

Company Texoprom d.o.o. from Srbac exports 95% of its production to the markets of Germany, Switzerland, Croatia and Slo-
venia. The commitment of the company's management is to increase the scope of production in the coming period and expand
the product range in order to conquer other European markets. These plans specifically refer to stylish furniture and multi-layer
wooden panels.

16.21 Proizvodnja furnira i ostalih ploča od drveta
Preduzeće Texoprom ima dugu tradiciju proizvodnje drvenih
ploča i dijelova za namještaj. U poslednje vrijeme i u manjim
količinama, Texoprom proizvodi i gotov namještaj. Stalna ulag-
anja u rast i razvoj su osnovna karakteristika ovog privrednog
društva. Takođe, Texoprom proizvodi i pelet čime dokazuje svo-
ju opredjeljenost ka zaokruživanju proizvodnog procesa.
U narednom periodu, privredno društvo Texoprom će djelovati u
smjeru razvoja proizvodnog asortimana posebno u dijelu proiz-
vodnje gotovog namještaja. Međutim, i u oblasti proizvodnje
drvenih ploča se radi na unapređenju. Texoprom je već izvršio
ulaganje u tehnologiju proizvodnje troslojnih drvenih ploča te je
spremno i za započinjanje proizvodnje ovog proizvoda.

Privredno društvo Texoprom d.o.o. iz Srpca 95% svoje proizvodnje izvozi na tržišta Njemačke, Švajcarske, Hrvatske
i Slovenije. Opredjeljenje rukovodstva preduzeća je da u narednom periodu uveća obim proizvodnje i proširi proiz-
vodni asortiman u cilju osvajanja i drugih evropskih tržišta. Ovi planovi se posebno odnose na stilski namještaj i
