My most visible piece of work is the CommonJS Modules specification. I wrote half of NarwhalJS to prototype specifications for CommonJS including packaging, file system APIs, and asynchronous promises, including the use of asynchronous promises for remote objects. I am presently a member of the NodeJS community and continue to build specifications and implementations for new JavaScript APIs targeting both the front and back ends of web applications.
