Kevin's mission is building hopeful and healthy communities using the lens of theology, technology, and transportation. The Rev. Kevin Yoho, D.Min., served more than nine years as General Presbyter of Newark Presbytery, a regional council of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) focused on loving New Jersey's largest city. His mission? To help 8,000 people in the Presbyterian tribe of the church show God's love to their 800,000 neighbors.
Prior to his call to Newark in 2006, Dr. Yoho served 23 years in parish ministry as a pastor. His transformative leadership in community building and success in implementing collaborative youth violence reduction models received national media attention.
