 Not a prayer or worship or doing bhajans !
 Neither chanting nor visualization !
 Not even a contemplation
as given in some English dictionaries !
Meditation is simply emptying our mind
by being with the breath !!
 So Meditation means total cessation of all the restless waves
of the mind by doing an inward journey !!!

There are three laws Breath
of Physical Motion ; Mind becomes
there are three laws of Empty
Thermodynamics, etc.
Similarly, there are Cosmic Energy

Agriculture is essentially cultivation of the land !
Meditation is essentially cultivation of the mind !!

Sit comfortably
 Clasp your hands
 Cross your legs/feet
 Close your eyes slowly
 Observe your natural breathing process
 Soon your mind becomes silent and enters into thoughtless state
