6. HOW SOCIAL LINKS TO OTHER PILLARS
My social pillar effects the other pillars of Hauora as when I am with friends and
family I feel supported and loved. It helps my metal well-being in that way as we all
like to be needed. I also feel that spiritually I am happy and relaxed when I am with
my friends as they are like-minded and enjoy the same things as me.
My physical pillar is enhanced also as much of my social time is spent around sports
such as golf and touch. These things would not be as enjoyable alone.
