5. Food gives us energy to do work.
Our body is like a machine, just as a
car which cannot run without gas or
oil, human cannot live without food.
Earlier children are not very choosy
about their food but today children
like to eat pizza burger and junk
food. These are not good health. We
eat fresh fruits, green vegetables and
also have to take milk and healthy
food because a healthy person can
do all the works properly

Helps to lose weight
Fight Infection
Healthy Skin
Boost energy
Reduce The Risk of Kidney Stones
Improve Productivity

8. • A mixture of gases
(oxygen and carbon dioxide)
• Organisms on land get oxygen from
the air
• Marine animals get dissolved oxygen from the
water or by coming up for air
• Green plants, algae, and some bacteria need
carbon dioxide in addition to oxygen to
undergo their food making process.

Needs are the thing that are easy to get in our life but
we should have to save the eatables, water and air for
next generation.
