In my current position I am working as a Senior Business Intelligence Consultant. Working in Warehouse
reporting tool using MicroStrategy, Microsoft Business Stack and IBM Cognos have spearheaded
large enterprise wide data warehouse installations and warehouse upgrades. I have produced reports that
contained analytics for sales forces that were turned into a series of Dashboards that could be delivered to

• Personally responsible for Verispan’s Pharmacy Product Line warehouses. These warehoused
include Pharmacy Cost Analyzer, Generic Utilization, Vector One Market Pharmacy, and Vector One
Cost Analyzer. Created reporting sets for the analysis of Retail Pharmacy Data. The Generic
Efficiency Reports would help pharmacies determine how efficient they were compared to the
competition at converting customers to generic drugs, which have a larger profit margin for the store.

• Created user-friendly front-end interfaces for the first PC base Hotel Front Desk system using Visual
Basic and SQL Server.
• Worked with SQL Server writing SQL stored procedures for recording guest data which would be
called by the Visual Basic Programs.
• On-Site involvement with installation team at new installs. Installed Window 2000 Server, Microsoft
SQL Server, and the Encore software. Acted as Administrator for all the software and provided phone
support for all beta clients.

Converted IBM CICS DB2 Query applications to windows and created new Visual Basic Client Server
applications on varied platforms utilizing VB tools and numerous relational databases using VB DataObjects,
Microsoft and 3rd party DLL’s to utilize their API’s. Developed front end user interface for a distributed
database program for drug company representatives and their Home Offices. Worked on design and
programming of decision support applications using multi-dimensional databases.

Designed Quick Touch a touch screen based Restaurant POS system. Created the POS system using
Microsoft Foxbase graphical interface tool and database. This solution was a entry level system for small
restaurants with features that could support a fine dining establishment. Quick Touch was a best of breed
solution whose design was based on the POS systems that I had encountered.
