1) The document discusses the process of creating a short film over two years of an AS and A2 Digital Technology course.
2) In the first year, students used handheld cameras, computers, and the internet to film and edit their teen drama genre film. They researched genres and audiences.
3) In the second year, students had more advanced technology and skills to be more creative with narrative, locations, shots, and editing. They conducted more research and planning and created a silent horror film.

25. Wider variety of camera shots, angles and a more creative use of location and mise-en-scene
26. Better software for editing allowed us to edit better and more precisely to how we wanted to in the second year.
27. The camera technology also allowed us to be more creative – we played around with colour contrasting – sharpness/ brightness etc.
