Statement of Valuation
“RYSC 569” Third Party Sales & Purchase Condition Valuation Survey
As Where As It Is Basis
In accordance with the condition survey of the above named vessel, for the purpose of evaluating
its present condition and estimating its Fair Market Value and Replacement Cost, I herewith
submit my report.
The subject vessel was inspected by the undersigned Surveyor(s) on September 6, 2014 and was
found to be a well designed, constructed and comfortable vessel. The vessel is well kept and is
considered to be suitable for its intended application.
In the conduct of this survey, all parts of the vessel, which were accessible without removal of
bulkheads, decks, etc., were carefully examined. Every effort was made to determine the vessel’s
condition and market value compared to similar vessels.
As a result of the investigation, and by virtue of experience, the craft value is read as below:
Overall Vessel Condition Fair to Good Condition
Fair Market Value (1) RM 40, 000.00 ( Inclusive Trailer + Lifting Winch)
The surveyor does not warrant expressly or implied, or guarantee compliance of the vessel and
liabilities in this sales and purchases
Respectfully submitted,
Yuzri Khairulmuzammil/Assessor
Note
(1) The fair market value is a term that describes the most probable price in terms of money that the vessel should bring in a competitive and open
market. It assumes all conditions are requisite to a fair sale that the buyer and seller are each acting prudently and knowledgeably by undue stimulus.
