In situations where you don't feel confident in yourself, ask yourself, "Why don't I feel confident in myself?"
Where does this feeling of uncertainty come from? To what have I attached my value?
When you become aware of what you have placed value on, try to let go of any restrictive beliefs that need
you to only be trustworthy or respectable after satisfying certain prerequisites.

Continue practicing your activity or sport every day if it is one. If it's an exposé or public speech, keep honing your public speaking skills by practicing in front of various crowds. Or otherwise, if it's a social activity like talking to an unknown person, set modest goals like speaking to one unknown person each day, then start gradually increasing this number once you feel comfortable enough. Beyond skills, there are other symbols of value, the most prevalent of which are: 1. Characteristics like being more alluring, popular, generous, and behavior. 2. Material possessions like the amount of wealth you own, such as luxury cars, homes, and other items. 3. Social status symbols include your academic credentials, accomplishments, and title obtained through employment. 4. Some people make an effort to increase their attractiveness and popularity, while others try to acquire material belongings like money or opulent items. Some people want to achieve status and titles that are acknowledged by society, while others try to succeed in whatever they undertake. The problem with acquiring these symbols is that they only strengthen your self-confidence during the time that they apply to you. Your confidence in yourself would quickly disappear if they lost all of their value or if you were exiled. Consider a tennis player who bases his worth on the number of victories he has earned throughout matches. He keeps working out to improve his chances of winning. When he wins, his confidence in himself is strengthened; yet, every time he loses, his confidence in himself declines. So, as the game progresses, so does his confidence in himself. Without even mentioning financial worries, many associate their sense of value with their material belongings and status symbols. Look for instances where these symbols lose their meaning. Because the significance of these symbols is influenced by society and context, they can be easily altered. Look back over the years to see what has changed. Consider some material possessions you've purchased in the past that first made you feel good but eventually lost their impact. Think about your choice of vehicle as well as fashion items like your clothing and accessories. There, the context also matters a lot. An everyday product in France is a car. Conditioning is a sort of miraculous fix for gaining temporary trust. Even so, acquiring valuable symbols won't help you unless you have them by your side and they remain relevant. You then attempt to resolve your issue by using shampoos that slow hair loss, visiting centers for alopecia treatment, or even by carrying a pet, but all of these measures only address the symptom. If you investigate the issue, you may find that a lack of sleep, poor nutrition, or even an overly stressful job are the root causes of this hair loss. It is important to remember that lack of abilities, failure, etc. are only the symptoms of the problem at the moment. The belief that you must receive assistance from others before you can live and have true confidence in yourself is the root of the issue. For instance, you may believe that you must be competent before you can be trusted (e). Or that you need to have a lot of success, good posture, an eloquent gait, distinct articulation, etc. before you can have some measure of confidence in yourself. Contrary to popular belief, a person can be trusted even if they lack any skills, have never achieved any success, and are completely ordinary. The only thing you need to do is integrate this: The only prerequisite for having confidence is having faith in yourself. Trust yourself. Consider a symbol that has significance to you. Is that your competency? What amount of money do you make? Your appearance is appealing. Identify them first. Then, ask yourself, "Why do you perceive them as symbols of value?" Why do you need to have all of these things before you feel respectable or confident? Who said that these conditions had to be met in order to have value? These presumptions about what constitutes value are products of social constructions. All of our beliefs that we must possess particular skills, have particular attitudes, etc. in order to be trustworthy are products of society and are not universal truths. The issue here is your attachment to these symbols, which would otherwise stand in for your value. All of your beliefs about what is valuable can only be true if you believe them. The key is to eliminate all of these extraneous factors, such as your dreadful past, your current level of skills and abilities, the outcome of specific events, other people's judgments, etc., that have no bearing on what you value. If a skill does not align with your values, it will no longer be important to you. Money will no longer be important to you if you do not view it as a representation of your value. They won't have any significance in your life if you don't allow these things to represent what you value. You, not any of these things, are the center of your life. A quote from John Eliot in the book "Overachievement" sums all this perfectly: "Confidence is a steadfast state of mind where you are certain that nothing is impossible." Confidence in oneself doesn't guarantee success, but it increases your chances of doing so and goes hand in hand with persistently looking for ways to achieve your goals. How to truly develop confidence. In situations where you don't feel confident in yourself, ask yourself, "Why don't I feel confident in myself?" Where does this feeling of uncertainty come from? To what have I attached my value? When you become aware of what you have placed value on, try to let go of any restrictive beliefs that need you to only be trustworthy or respectable after satisfying certain prerequisites. When you do this, a strong sense of confidence in yourself will overtake you and last forever. No matter what happens in your life, you will be connected to this confidence in yourself. They are the ones who motivate you to strive for your goals and help you develop into the best version of yourself.
