2. • Trans-national youth initiatives fostering social
commitment and entrepreneurial spirit, jointly carried
out by two or more groups of young people from different
participating countries, and concerning:
• the establishment of (networks of) social enterprises, associations,
clubs, NGOs,
• the development and delivery of courses and trainings on social
entrepreneurship education and use of ICTs
• information, media literacy, sensitization actions, or actions
stimulating civic commitment among young people
• actions for the benefit of the local communities
• artistic and cultural initiatives
