3. What is classroom observation?
 In simple terms, classroom observation is a self-
evident process which the observer gets its data
from other sources, such as stimulated observations,
tests, interviews and so on.

4. Benefits of classroom management
 Get new techniques, strategies, ideas, and
resources
 Gain insight into one’s own strategies and
techniques
 Observe student reactions from a different
perspective
 It also helps in creating a professional learning
community with the best interests of the students in
mind
 Growth and development of personal profession
 It also helps in creating an effecting classroom
 It has greater impact on classroom management
 Observation also helps to re-evaluate the classroom
from a different perspective
