3. ABSTRACT
• A professionally managed stores has a process and a space
within,to receive the incoming material,keep them for as long as
there are not required for use and then to move them out of store
to use.In a manufacturing firm this process forms a cycle to
maintain and run the activities of stores .
• The basic responsibilities of stores is to maintain stock and
regularly update them to check the availability of the stock and to
know the willingness of the customer to buy one particular
product.The task of storekeeping relates to safe custody and
preservation of the material stocked,their receipts,issues and
accounting.The manual caluculation may sometimes go wrong and
they may cause problems like we may bring more stock than
required or the required quantity of stock is not available.
• The objective is to efficiently and economically provide the
right material at the time when it is required and in the condition
when it is required and to avoid the manual work.
ABSTRACT
The Online Building Plan’s is an application which allows
users and civil staff at one site through online. This website
provides building plans. If any users need a plan, users have to
register in this website. The registered users must provide the
necessary information to plan. The details include dimensions
and picture of the place where the building to be constructed
and users has to send a request to all civil Engineers through
administration. The administration will add civil engineers and
building site information to added civil engineers.

We developed this project by using java domain
“Online building plan” is defined as the quality of a
particular Plan that user have accepted or not.
You can use the online building plan project to reduces a
time and money or to provide an security.
The basic responsibility of online building plan is user and
civil staff meet at single site through network.

5. Existing system
The basic functions of online building plan is:
Presently, we have many applications but no required facilities
and proper planning. Anyone can access easily because there is
no security for the previous applications. It requires more access
to the internet.
6. Disadvantages
The existed System requires more access to the internet.
The existed system doesn’t contain security.
It contain limited number of peoples only.
It doesn’t contain previous history.
7. Proposed systems
This application can provide security for the users. By using this
application we can save both time, money and easy to provide
the information by the civil staff through online.

10. Development environment
The present application is developed using Net Beans IDE.
Net Beans provides a modern slim PHP IDE. Very fast even in
large and good code completion, file/code/property explorer
and excellent JavaScript support. This will provide a flexible
interface.
The Database used is Oracle10g.
Oracle Database 10g was the database designed for grid
computing, the most flexible and cost-effective way to manage
enterprise information. It cut costs of management while
providing the highest possible quality of service.

In future, the extension for the online building plan can be
provided by working with the combined structure of both
building plans and home decorations things also provides.
The work should be done to develop a plan which improves
the performance regarding efficiency, security and various
other issues related to online building plan.
47. CONCULSION
The Online Building plan is easy to access building plans by
providing users and civil staff at one platform. This application
will take a dimension from the users to build a perfect plan. We
have successfully implemented the site ‘Online Building Plan’
with the help of various links and tools. We have been able to
provide a site which is live and running on the web. We have
been successful in our attempt to care of the plan of both the
users as well as civil staff. Finally we hope that this will go a
long way in popularizing the Plan and making its work of
enrollment. Keeping track of users requirements, civil staff
plan’s, etc much more efficient.
