5.  Begin with a basic flow of your narrative. Focus on the
conflict of the story

of the story (comedy, action, romance, etc.).
 Second, The protagonist will encounter obstacles on the
path to the resolution of the conflict. Subplots are
typically introduced in the second act.
 The third act contains the twist of the story, and ends with

7.  Scenes are the events of your movie. They take place in
specific locations and always serve to drive story forward.
If a scene does not do this, then it should be cut from the
script.

voice. Realistic dialogue is not necessarily good dialogue.

and developing characters.
