2. 2055 Otter Lake DriveLino Lakes, Minnesota Project questions The client requires a map drawn showing the legal boundaries for his property. The client would like to determine if a private bridge is located on any portion of his land.

3. 2055 Otter Lake DriveLino Lakes, Minnesota The client would also like to discover if any portion of his land is a designated wetland. The client is also concerned about a water channel running through a portion of his land where a private bridge and roadway are. He would like to determine if it is on his property. Determine where a “missing” portion of property is located as described in the legal description

4. Target AudienceAt this time the client as only requested this information for his personal use.

5. Data Requirements Data Already Acquired 4 plat maps in PDF format The plat maps are split digitally into 4 separate pieces, so they will need to be snapped together. I will also have to determine the map units for the plat map (coordinates). Adding symbology will be necessary (points) Legal description of the property I need to carefully read the legal description and import any lat/long data. There are also points on the legal description that will need to be imported.

6. Data Required Property map- Possibly obtained from the ESRI server Ownership layer (polygons) Hydrology layer (lines) Streets layer (lines) DNR maps for the property that show wetlands- Minnesota DNR (client has access) Aerial photography Any photos will need to be geo-rectified.

7. Field Work It will be necessary to conduct field work at the client’s property to “walk” his property line and obtain GPS coordinates to plot certain land and physical attributes. The data obtained will need to be recorded and imported into the GIS.
