CONCLUSIONS &
RECOMMENDATIONS
Interesting findings
FSPU students prefer using Whatapps, Facebook and Instagram
compared to other social networking sites.
Most of the male respondent were not affected much by social
networking while most of female respondent admit that they are
addicted to social networks.
However, Female students tends to be more selective or careful in
trusting the information they gathered from internet compared to the
male students.
Good :
most of FSPU students spend more time
on social networking because it
contributed a lot in their study
or works and to get news update and
also stay in touch with their old or long
distance friends.
Most of FSPU students only trust half of
the information in the internet and they
also realized that were pros
and cons in exposing their life
details openly on internet.
Bad:
most of FSPU student think that they are
not addicted to social network when the
truth is almost half of the
respondent spend more time
social networking than real life
socializing, even that they think
constant internet notifications sometime
does bring a disturbance to their life.
They also spend less time on
exercising. Yet, most of them can still
work without internet up until 5 hours.
Students should manage the time spend of
their social networking and real life
socializing.
RECOMMENDATIONS 1
The students also should try to blend in real
life socializing and exercising, so that they
can get double benefit at the same time.
RECOMMENDATIONS 2
The students which are addicted to social
networking should try to delete most of his or
her social network account and only focus to
1 or 2 sites.
RECOMMENDATIONS 3
All student should not put their personal life
details openly on internet or tell their
personal life details to a stranger or new
internet friends on social media to avoid
internet hackers or any danger towards their
own personal life.
