1. The eLearning 2015 conference to be held in Las Vegas
February 18-21 - Las Vegas Technology in Education
The Instructional Technology Council will hold its annual conference, eLearning 2015, in Las Vegas
this week. The main venue will be at the Planet Hollywood Hotel, with some of the sessions also at
main campus of the College of Southern Nevada. This conference is a premier conference for
educators and learning professionals to share and learn about the latest trends, technologies, and
practices used in eLearning.
The conference will include attendees that are eLearning Administrators, eLearning Faculty,
Instructional Designers, Online Media Specialists, and Web course Developers. There will be nearly
60 informational sessions, in addition to keynote speakers. The opportunities to collaborate and
learn will be nearly endless.
The College of Southern Nevada will serve as the host institution, providing conference staff and
support for the conference. There will be many faculty from CSN participating and speaking, and
also colleagues from other Las Vegas institutions. With attendees converging from around the nation
and worldwide, Las Vegas will surely be able to demonstrate the deep reservoir of educational
knowledge in the field of eLearning.
Each day will include keynote speakers, workshops, learning sessions, presentations, and roundtable
discussions. There will be plenty of opportunities to meet and speak with a variety personnel
involved with eLearning. Technology in education is undoubtedly a key to the future, and the
eLearning 2015 is an exemplary showcase.
